Twilight Game –
Online and download-able games are very popular. I enjoy playing them when I need a distraction. The best sites for me and others who play for a chance to unwind are free. It would take an awesome game for me to spend money on it. Living on a strict budget I have not found one. Several sites have 1 hour download demos which gives plenty of time to check out, get the gist of the game, perhaps even beat it in the free time alloted.
MoFunZone.com has both an on line and down-loadable series of free games. My teen son and I mainly play from the large list of on line games. I did download a game last night. It was quick to load but I could make no sense out of what to do to play. There are so many other games there that I wouldn’t waste my time downloading again. There are also Game Cheats there for several games from Dreamcast, Wii to X Box 360 and more.
Big Fish Games has 60 minute down-loadable trials that shut down exactly on the final minute. Each day there is a featured game. I like the many choices, the art, graphics and sounds. If a player joins their club they can purchase full game downloads for low prices. When you are done with a demo there is a trashcan where you can easily delete the game from your computer files which I like very much. I love Hidden Object and word games. Big Fish has a wide variety.
IWon.com downloads take about 10 minutes so a player can check emails or vacuum the living room while waiting to play. There are many games to choose from and chances to win prizes. I won a ten dollar Amazon.com gift certificate one day.
Pogo.com is an on line game site that I recommend. There is a chance to win prizes here. This site allows free players and paying members to win which I think is excellent. Free players have advertising interruptions but it’s no big deal. It’s a nice site and players can communicate if they choose to. I enjoy their word and solitaire games. My husband likes the Bowling competitions.
Popcap.com is another 60 minute free download site. They have Bookworm, Mystery P.I., Zuma, Hidden Object games and much more. I recently downloaded Word Harmony a very challenging game.
MSN.com has 514 down-loadable trial versions and 125 on line free games. I like Peggle for a pinball type game. It is colorful with great music. You can earn badges at this site.
One of my favorite sites right now is MostFun.com Play free, full featured down-loadable games with commercials at their beginnings and at ‘convenient times’ throughout game play. They have many different kinds of games. You can find Deal or No Deal, Mahjong,Sudoku, card games and hidden objects. Nostalgic classics like Mario Brothers, Space Invaders, Pac Man and more can be found there. There is something for all ages. Players do not need to be paying money to play games. There are a lot to be downloaded or played on line. My advice for any player or parent is to make sure you have a good anti-virus to screen sites and games.
